Guidelines for the presentation of papers

Those interested in presenting papers in any of the events must send a summary in Spanish and English with a maximum of 250 words. The paper must have a maximum of ten pages, including tables and pictures.

Papers must be presented in Arial 10, one-spaced lines with th following specifications: All the pages except the first one must have 2,5 cm bottom and lateral margins. The papers` first page must have 5 cm upper margin.

The papers` summary must include the following pieces of information: title, authors, institution, event, theme, address, e-mail, telephone numbers and fax, everything on Arial size.

Paper size is 8½” x 11” format (21,59 cm x 27,94 cm), summaries and papers must be made in Word Processor, Version 6.0 or a subsequent one.

For submitting the abstracts and papers you can consult the guidelines either in English or in Spanish.

Summaries and papers must be sent by e-mail. Deadlines:

Papers will be received after September 15th, but the Organizing Committee will not be committed whatsoever to include them in the proceedings of the event.

All authors will be notified in due time that their summaries have been received. Those authors whose summaries have been accepted will be notified. It is to be understood that acceptance of the summary means acceptance of the whole paper for presenting it at the 14th CCIA 2008. All the authors will receive notice of this.

Undergraduate students should present an official letter from their universities in order to confirm their condition.
